Islamabad Serena Hotel:
Abbasi travel started providing Services to Islamabad Serena Hotel in Year 2001 and the relationship is stronger than ever. Our buses ferry over 1200 Serena Employees everyday covering over 2200 km, and nearly all major routes of Rawalpindi/Islamabad districts. The dedicated service runs over 78 different sorties a day ensuring safe and timely transportation of employees for various shifts including early morning, late night, and Afternoon and twilight hours. Our Buses accumulate approximately 45,000 km of mileage every month.
As a part of our service model, we also provide dedicate vehicles including Toyota Hiace and Suzuki Bolan for female employees of the Hotel ensuring safe and Hassle free journey to their doorsteps.
Since the hotel demands punctuality from their staff, Abbasi Travel ensures that employees reach their respective offices as per timetable. This is even ensured during events such as Public strikes, Security situations, Storms and Heavy rain falls and blockades of Public areas by security agencies. Our record is testament to the fact that we dearly value our clients’ culture and values and replicate those values in our service as well.
Islamabad Marriott Hotel:
Our Professional relationship with Marriott Hotel started in 1988. We started our services with only a single bus which has now grown to over 14, not to mention various coaster and Hiaces which is testament to the trust we have garnered as a vendor over the years.
Our buses ferry over 1500 Marriott employees from all corners of Twin cities and beyond covering a total of 1100 km/day making over 50 sorties.
During our long relationship with the Hotel, we have ensured to provide top quality service by upgrading our fleet every 5 to 7 years. Abbasi Travel has invested 10s of millions of rupees developing its infrastructure to meet the standards practiced and expected from a five star Establishment such as Marriott. Our belief that service excellence is the mantra for winning hearts and minds of clients has proven right. This has been made possible by dedication of our staff and utter professionalism displayed by Marriott Hotel Administration.
